Onion Garden Computers Warranty Policy
At Onion Garden Computers, we stand behind the systems we build and test. Please review the following warranty terms carefully.
Standard Warranty Coverage
All qualifying systems include:
1 Year Labor Warranty covering labor required to diagnose and replace defective components.
One-Time Return Shipping Coverage for the initial shipment back to us for warranty repair service.
After the first covered return shipment, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Manufacturer Part Warranties
Individual components are covered only under their respective manufacturer warranties after our labor warranty period expires.
We do not provide full system replacements beyond the manufacturer warranty coverage of the installed components.
Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty claims may be denied if:
Any component has been overclocked, modified, or operated outside manufacturer specifications.
Warranty stickers, seals, or tamper indicators have been removed, altered, or damaged.
The system has been physically damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repair attempts.
If a warranty claim is denied, the PC will be returned in its current condition at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Damage Policy
Customers are required to inspect and open their package within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to inspect the system within this timeframe voids eligibility for shipping damage claims.
Any shipping-related damage must be reported to us immediately with supporting photos of:
The packaging
Exterior box damage
Internal packaging
Damage to the system itself
Exclusions – Budget Builds
Our Budget Build systems are excluded from this warranty policy.
Because these systems may contain used or refurbished components, they are sold as-is unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Final Notes
By purchasing a system from Onion Garden Computers, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this warranty policy.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned systems before approving or denying warranty service
